There are so many thermometers and devices on the market for taking your BBT (basal body temperature) these days that the choice can be difficult to make. Well I’m here to tell you that you do not need a fancy or expensive thermometer or device for tracking your basal body temperature! A BBT thermometer is not necessary at all, as a regular digital or shake-down mercury thermometer will work well.
