In 2020 the experience of yoga has shifted from live studio classes to online live classes. My aim is to offer students the same physical, mental and emotional benefits they receive in my studio classes. Live streaming classes offer you the time and space to rest, release and recharge during these challenging times - all from the comfort of your home!

About Nina

Nina has been a serious student of yoga since she became pregnant with twins in 2003. Her passion is sharing yoga as an instrument for healing, empowerment, liberation and justice. Her own yoga and meditation practice has supported her through pregnancy and miscarriage, the birth of twins, a homebirth, motherhood, divorce, 3 international moves and the every day stresses of life.

She teaches yoga past the physical practice with a focus on therapeutic yoga sequences, chakra balancing, breathwork and yoga nidra. Students learn how yoga can support their physical, mental and emotional well-being, discovering who they really are at their core throughout their yoga journey.

Online Yoga Classes for Women

Classes for All Levels

Online yoga classes with Nina are geared to women who wish to heal, empower and liberate themselves from within through a woman-centered, cycle-conscious yoga practice. All levels are welcomed, from beginner to advanced practitioners, with options given for students of varying abilities. Classes are women only, so you can practice in the comfort of your own space, in your comfy clothes, pajamas, take off your hijab if you wear one, turn on your camera and just allow yourself to be YOU while you explore and discover who you really are at your core.

Every class is 90 minutes to offer you a full yogic experience. The last 15 minutes of class consists of meditation so if you wish to leave at the 75 minute mark after savasana, you can simply log off before the meditation begins.

Flow Like Honey - Sundays @ 4pm

A slow vinyasa that flows like honey! This class creates space for you to breathe deeply, move freely, sense and feel into your body with smooth like shea butter transitions and sequences that allow you to explore, liberate your mind, body, heart and settle into stillness.

What You Need:

  • 2 yoga blocks or books
  • 1 blanket

Melt Like Butter - Tuesdays @ 4pm

A restorative yoga practice that allows you to melt like butter into relaxing and restful postures. Tune into the natural rhythm of your breath and give yourself permission to melt away the tension and stresses of the day.

What You Need:

  • 2 yoga blocks or books
  • 2 blankets
  • 1 yoga bolster or 2 pillows
  • 1 yoga strap or a pair of stretchy pants

Chill Chakras - Thursdays @ 4pm

Discover the subtle body as you journey through the chakras. Each class focuses on a different chakra and will include mantras, kriyas, mudras, affirmations, meditation, yoga nidra, asana, pranayama with journaling. This deep exploration will allow you to settle into sattva (balance) and experience chilled out chakras.
