Cycle Awareness Yoga® Membership classes include yoga for beginners, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, gentle flow, yin yoga, vinyasa flow, hatha, kundalini, slow flow, meditation, pranayama and chakra-based classes.

Yes! I created this sacred community for women as they journey through the many stages of their menstrual cycles, from menarche to menopause. Classes are created with varying wombs in mind, so there is something for every womb, no matter where you are in your life's journey. The online community is included in your membership so that you can ask questions, receive support and get answers as you learn about your body and grow, physically, mentally and emotionally.

how does the cycle awareness yoga membership differ?


It's simple... Cycle Awareness Yoga® Members are able to practice yoga in tune with their menstrual cycle! No other yoga membership site offers the experience of practicing cycle-conscious yoga from the comfort of your own home or while you're on the go. No more wracking your brain trying to figure out what types of classes are suitable for menses, ovulation, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, etc. Classes are divided into categories making it easier for you to choose a cycle-supportive yoga practice no matter where you are in your cycle.

I'm new to yoga, is the membership right for me?

Yes! Cycle Awareness Yoga® is created for ALL bodies and abilities. I recommend that you start with the "Beginner Yoga Series", then move into the "Cycle Awareness Yoga® Series" to become familiar with the type of practices available that best support each phase of the menstrual cycle. From there you can begin to practice in sync with your menstrual cycle and dive into the other yoga series to experience a variety of yoga practices to liberate your body, mind, heart and soul!

HOW IS THE MEMBERSHIP DIFFERENT FROM YOUTUBE?

My YouTube classes are a sample of what I teach, plus the classes are much shorter. As a Cycle Awareness Yoga® member you gain access to exclusive member content not available anywhere else online! Classes are longer and more diverse. There are live events, downloadable content, PFD training guides, a monthly planner, journal, members-only exclusive workshops, challenges and events. 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY MEMBERS-ONLY CONTENT?

You gain access immediately! You will receive an email with login and password. Simply log in to your account to view all member content, from yoga and meditation classes, to challenges and PDF training guides. You can access yoga classes online from your laptop, tablet or phone. 

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANYTIME?

Yes! To cancel your membership simple cancel before your monthly charges renew. Once you cancel your subscription you will continue to have access to member content until the next billing date.
